Fuji Xerox DMS is one of the largest enterprise print management and data processing corporations in the Asia-Pacific region.
I am also involved in the various stages of the product development lifecycle; from ideation, market research, prototype development & testing, UX/UI/CX design, to presentations.
My focus is on 'bridging the communication gap' between the Technology and Professional Services team and the Sales & Marketing department by making the complex, simple; and the simple, compelling. I achieve this by delivering a combination of online and offline content centered around a thorough understanding of customers (i.e. their problems, needs, journeys, jobs to done, etc.).
The result is a range of compelling materials used by the wider internal audience such as internal product website/blog, product wiki (Confluence), newsletters, infographics, slide decks, to motion graphics explainer/promotional videos.

I am a virtual tour photographer based in Sydney since 2013, and I help local businesses build their online presence by leveraging the Google for Business platform - such as Google Maps Street View, Google Reviews, Google+ profile.
I also provide a general audit on my clients' online presence to help optimize their business listings, copywriting, capture enticing interior photographs, creating interactive virtual tours on Google Maps Street View, and consulted around marketing strategies to boost customer engagement.
I had the opportunity to work with many great businesses including UNSW South Western Sydney Medical School, Ingham Institute, Storage King, City of Canada Bay, CATC / Billy Blue School of Design, Macleay College, BodyMindLife, and more.

AIT (ASX Listed: RHD) is a boutique college offering higher education and vocational courses in digital media (animation, film, and game design), design (graphic & web design) and software development since 1999.
I joined the team to establish AIT's brand presence in the higher education sector. I was responsible for overseeing Australian student recruitment strategies; from planning, budgeting and execution of various marketing and sales campaigns under tight budget and resources.
Working closely with the Directors of the company, I lead the rebranding project in 2010 to relaunch a new brand identity to reflect the evolving course offering, student demographic and state-of-the-art campus. I also worked with an external creative agency to produce a lead-generating website (with SugarCRM Marketing Automation), email campaigns, brochures, flyers, video showreel, agent training manuals, to the student handbook.
In addition to the above, I spent part of the year on lead generation/nurturing activities; participating in 60+ trade shows annually, and playing host to numerous ‘technical experience’ workshops to engage students throughout their careers selection journey.
In just two years, my team generated over $3.6 million of new revenue and had steadily increased the domestic student enrollment year on year.

OBT is a private IT hosting service provider offering innovative IT solutions for SMEs since 1999. I reported directly to the Managing Director and was part of the business development team with a focus on marketing and sales support. My time at OBT introduced me to the many revolutionary 'cloud' technologies such as Citrix virtual desktop, VMware, Microsoft Enterprise solutions (CRM, SharePoint), and more.
Some of my key responsibilities were:
• Planned and executed various marketing activities such as webinar, white-papers, and client case studies
• Prepared proposals and statement of work for new sales opportunities
• Designed and produced marketing collaterals to productise IT services
• Liaised and managed relationships with hardware/software vendors
